This is a 2026 South Korea planning estimate in KRW. It does not model National Pension contribution floors/caps, remuneration adjustments, non-taxable items, coverage exceptions, industry-specific workers' compensation classification, or later reconciliations. Confirm filing and payment amounts with the relevant agencies.
The estimate applies the employer share of National Pension at 4.75%, combined health and long-term care at 4.0674%, and the 0.9% unemployment-insurance share plus the selected employer-only employment-stability/training rate. Industrial accident insurance varies by industry, so you enter the applicable 2026 rate. The optional retirement provision simply spreads one month of wage across 12 months as a planning proxy for the statutory 30-days-of-average-wage-per-service-year rule.
